Bellafronte and Bousquet Bring Home Two GNAC Weekly Awards in Men's Volleyball

WINTHROP, Mass. - The Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) announced their weekly award selections for the week ending on February 15th Monday afternoon.

Five Blazers would earn conference weekly accolades this week for their accomplishments on the court.

Junior John Bellafronte (Enfield, Conn.) would be named GNAC Men's Volleyball Offensive Player of the Week for recording 36 kills, 14 digs, three assists, and two blocks in their matches last week against Russell Sage and King's Colleges.

First year Chris Bousquet (Springfield, Mass.) would be named GNAC Men's Volleyball Rookie of the Week after making 62 receptions, 45 digs, and six assists this last week for the Blazers.

Senior RJ Mayfield (Springfield, Mass.), sophomore Hunter Ladouceur (Wilbraham, Mass.) and first year Sanaii Diaz (Worcester, Mass.) would all be named to the GNAC Weekly Honor Roll in Men's and Women's Basketball and Men's Volleyball.
