Franzoni, Rossi, and Sierzego Earn 2025 NFHCA Division III Scholars of Distinction

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - The National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) released the 2025 NFHCA Division III Scholars of Distinction Wednesday morning. 540 student-athletes achieved this honor from across the country.

In order to qualify for the Scholars of Distinction, undergraduate student-athletes had to achieve a cumulative GPA of 3.90 or higher through the fall semester, nominated by their NFHCA member coaches.

Three Blazers would be recognized for their achievements in the classroom.

Senior Elizabeth Franzoni (Rutland, Vt.), senior Abbie Sierzego (South Hadley, Mass.), and first year Jordyn Rossi (West Springfield, Mass.) would be named to the 2025 Division III Scholars of Distinction representing Elms College.
